1. Who we are
The controller of your personal data is “TRAINSMART” MChJ (LLC), STIR 313 069 071, registered in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Full requisites are in the block at the bottom of this page.

3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Grade your Writing and Speaking submissions.
- Track your progress and personalise practice.
- Process payments and issue receipts.
- Answer support questions.
- Keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

5. International data processing
Your data is processed on servers outside Uzbekistan. Under the amended Uzbekistan personal-data law (Article 271of Law No. ZRU-547, in force since 22 January 2026), cross-border processing is lawful subject to information-security requirements, international data-protection standards, and oversight by Uzbekistan's authorized bodies. We work to meet those requirements.
6. Your rights
- Access: ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Correction: ask us to fix data that is wrong.
- Deletion: ask us to delete your account and personal data.
- Withdraw consent: you can withdraw the consent given at registration at any time by asking us to close your account.
Email us from the address on your account. We respond within 30 days.
7. Data retention
We keep your account data and practice work for as long as your account is active. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal data. We may need to retain payment records to meet Uzbekistan tax law for the period that law requires.
8. Children
The service is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must give consent before you use the service. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
9. Security
We follow industry-standard practices to protect your data:
- HTTPS everywhere.
- Encryption of data at rest.
- Row-level access controls on every personal-data table.
- Scoped credentials — production keys are limited to what each service needs.
- Error monitoring so problems are caught and fixed.
No system is completely secure, but we work to maintain a strong posture and will notify you promptly if a confirmed breach affects your account.
10. Cookies
We use essential session cookies only — they keep you signed in and protect against cross-site request forgery. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not track you across other websites.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email before they take effect. The Effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.

13. Language versions
This document is provided in Uzbek, Russian and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the language versions, the Uzbek text shall prevail.
