Terms of Service
Last updated: 16 August 2026
These Terms are the agreement between you and IELTSUp. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. What IELTSUp is
IELTSUp is an AI-based IELTS practice platform. We provide practice for the four IELTS Academic skills — Reading, Listening, Writing, Speaking — plus full mock tests and AI feedback on Writing and Speaking submissions.
2. Accounts
- Give us accurate information when you sign up.
- One account per person. Don't share your login.
- One active device at a time. Signing in on a new device signs out other devices.
- If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must give consent before you use the service.
3. Plans, payment and quotas
- Paid plans unlock features for a fixed period (Sprint 1 month, Focus 3 months, Complete 6 months). Plans do not auto-renew.
- Prices are shown at checkout in UZS.
- Each tier has usage quotas (daily practice, AI feedback, mock tests) shown on the pricing page and in the app.
- A 7-day money-back guarantee applies to every paid plan — see the Refund Policy for details.
4. Fair use
- Don't share your account or use anyone else's.
- Don't scrape, crawl, or bulk-copy test content, questions, audio, or feedback.
- Don't try to disrupt the service, bypass quotas, or interfere with other users.
Serious or repeated breaches may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
5. Our content
Practice tests, passages, audio, model answers and other materials on IELTSUp are our own work or are licensed to us. You may use them for your personal study while your account is active. You may not resell them, redistribute them, or use them to train other systems without written permission.
6. AI feedback
Our AI grader is calibrated against published Cambridge sample essays. Individual submissions may receive a score that differs from an in-person examiner's. If you believe a grade is wrong, contact us — a human coach can re-grade the work.
7. IELTS trademark
8. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or that AI feedback will be perfectly accurate. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of IELTSUp is limited to the total amount you have paid us in the 3 months immediately before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are subject to the courts of Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the changes.
